Have valid medical insurance that guarantees comprehensive coverage throughout your stay in the country.
Return ticket or exit from the national territory.
Accommodation reservation or the address of the place where you will be staying.
Valid passport +6 months validity + blank page.
Identity Card (MERCOSUR): Valid for MERCOSUR citizens.
Visa not required for exempt countries such as the United States, EU, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore.
SAG Declaration: Mandatory (vegetable/animal), before boarding.
PDI Form (tourist card): Mandatory.
Minors: Passport + permit if applicable.
Pets: SAG vaccination certificate.
Vaccinations: Optional (yellow fever, Hepatitis, Tetanus; recommended).

Always keep your PDI tourist card with you, as it will be required when leaving Chile.
