Argentine Puna
The Argentine Puna is a high-altitude region that stretches across the northwest of the country, encompassing parts of Jujuy, Salta, and Catamarca. It is one of the most extreme and captivating landscapes in South America, with plateaus that rise over 3,500 meters above sea level, endless salt flats, dormant volcanoes, and villages that seem frozen in time.
