This is a full-day tour that takes you from Salta to the city of Cafayate, famous for its wines.
The trip travels through the Lerma Valley and then enters the Las Conchas River Gorge. Here, the main attraction is the striking rock formations created by wind and water erosion, with popular names such as the Devil's Throat and the Amphitheater.
Once in Cafayate, you'll have the opportunity to visit wineries and taste Torrontés wine, the region's most representative grape variety. The return journey follows the same route, offering a completely different view of the landscape at sunset.

This is a more comprehensive circuit that combines two main routes in the province of Salta and ends in Cafayate. It can be described as follows:
Day 1: From Salta to Cachi and Cafayate: The tour begins in Salta, crossing the Lerma Valley and the Los Laureles and Escoipe gorges. The route ascends the winding Cuesta del Obispo to reach the highest point at Piedra del Molino. After passing through Los Cardones National Park, we arrive in Cachi for lunch. In the afternoon, the route continues along National Route 40, passing through historic towns such as Seclantás, Molinos, and Angastaco, and the Quebrada de Las Flechas. Finally, we arrive in Cafayate for the night.
Day 2: Cafayate and return to Salta: Visit wineries to taste local wines, especially Torrontés. After lunch, return to Salta via the Quebrada de las Conchas, enjoying its rock formations.
