Itinerary
We begin your experience by picking you up directly from your hotel in El Calafate, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free start. We then head along scenic Route 11 to Los Glaciares National Park. During the 80 km drive, our guide will share fascinating information about the history, formation, and geography of this impressive glacial mass.
Upon arrival at Los Glaciares National Park, you'll have approximately three hours to explore the four balconies and marvel at the Perito Moreno Glacier from different perspectives. The flexible timeframe allows you to enjoy every corner at your own pace.
For an even closer experience, we offer a boat ride (optional - see description) that takes you alongside the glacier's towering walls. A unique opportunity to appreciate its grandeur from a different perspective.

Departure from El Calafate along RP 15 to Estancia Nibepo Aike, with a tour of corrals and manual shearing. A typical lunch: roast Patagonian lamb in the estancia's barbecue area. Walk to the pier and cruise along the South and Rico Arms of Lake Argentino. Landing at Las Monedas beach, you will hike through the lenga forest to see the Perito Moreno Glacier. Visit the South Glacier viewpoint, cruise along the south face of the glacier, and disembark at Puerto Bajo de las Sombras. Tour the glacier walkways and return by vehicle to El Calafate.

Our adventure begins at Los Témpanos beach, paddling toward the front of the Perito Moreno Glacier. We'll approach this giant at a distance of about 600 meters and stop to take unique photos.
A) Full day: Start at 8:00 a.m. / Return at 5:30 p.m. Includes transportation from El Calafate + box lunch.
B) Activity only: Start 10:00 am / Return 1:30 pm. Does not include transportation or food.
Both options include technical clothing/snacks and hot drinks.

Nautical Safari.
The excursion begins at the "Bajo de las Sombras" port, just 7 km from the glacier. You'll embark on a cruise across Lago Rico, where you can admire the impressive ice wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier and the icebergs that emerge from it. 400 meters from the southern wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier, the boat stops for a few minutes to allow for a closer look at the landscape. You can't get any closer to the breakaway wall!
